While cycling to work the other day, I smelt the best air ever :) . It was the arctic air, so clean and crisp and brisk. If I had closed my eyes Id have fallen off my bike, but I also would have been transplanted straight into a pair of skis and be up the alps somewhere :)…..the air has also triggered memories of when I lived in wales, sunny cold sunday mornings!.. *sigh…beautiful

Not me but.. just got me a jacket :)
Should suit me on the ski fields (well nice weather days) and should make a smarter jacket for OZ and home and all the out doorsy places I know… and of course my trek.
obviuosly picture isnt me, im far balder and younger lol.. altho my hair is rather long atm, and my beards just stubble.. lol. its strange todo things the other way around!: )

Oh my god. Blogging from doctors for travel clinic. A man in the waiting room obviously distressed is told off by the very quiet receptionist for not answering to his name. Once he is out ofthe room a man stands up and explains he had to fill out the forms for this gent. And that he was suffering wit depression. . The receptionist just said. 'Well i called his name!'. Have these people not heard of discretion?. I have only been waiting 25mins today . Last time i had to wait over an hour. I will complain if that is the case today. Fingers crossed i dont catch a cold and have a fruitfull consultation. Gossipgirl xo xo
