sooo, i am off to cornwall today, got up nice and early .. 7am, and had a nice long hot bath :) its nice having hot water.. its rather weird at home at the mo, more disruption.. see the photos attached, this new walk way system is far from optimal, especially when carrying my bike… 
its like something from the crystal maze, any way here is a google earth picture of where I am, its very cool to have google earth telling you where you are, but i have not cached the whole route, so here i am, in a blur of undownloaded green stuff… ooh dammit, we are now encountering mega traffic coming up from Stonehenge.

christmas day was nice, not sure what to say really as its done now.. everyone enjoyed the day and we all had a play on the Wii, which was my step dads present.
also i spent some time holding my step neice, on this trip i held her for the first time, first time id held any baby for that matter, she would ball her eyes out unless you bobbed up and down constantly…. hihi still dont want one..

Argos – Scuba 7″ DVD player case
a perfect home for my eeepc received from my dad from Argos :)
now i have a nice bag for it, i am gagging to start accessorising, top of my list is a freeview card, not sure how a mini pcie version would work, but a usb one is definitly an option.
I also like the idea of following tnkgirls lead by installing an internal bluetooth, grrr soo many cool things i could do, including a touchscreen but im not sure i will..

boxing day – dad visit
boxing day was christmas day mark 2 as usuall, with dad coming down from wales to visit my sitster, brother and i.
we all stayed at mums on christmas day night, so on boxing day we were jammed in my sisters car and ferried back to her flat which she shares with my brother, there we waited for my dad, his gf and her daughter.
once they arrived the unboxing commenced. :) hihi.. dad also brought a precooked ham from a butchers in wales, it was deeelicious, and apparently it is a bit of a tradition.. which i never knew of… it might be new, because i have not b een around on boxing day, or xmas for that matter for a few years now.
