so it was another miserable day in london, there was a brief spell of sun, but it was still cooooold.
I was lucky with the weather in the morning, got to gym dry.. skulked past my instructor and continued todo something totally different than suggested .HA.
Work was ok, the highlight tho was following a trip to tesco, I had one cookie, good size. but deeelicious ,mmmmmmm..
trying to deicde wot to do in the w/e, dont want to goto pride, feeling skint. weather too crap to risk travelling far.. want to goto wales. see my dad. eat sweeties and be driven around the countryside.. (the sweets are in the post)
this evening, halfway through watching my daily dose of Home and Away, I cooked my self up some chicken kiev.
here are the steps to making a phili chicken kiev.. I ran out of egg, so i had to use milk, it seemed to work ok.
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast
Parsley
Butter
Garlic
Seasoning
milk or egg
Bread Crumbs
First get together all your ingredients, do this before you start :) OR you may find your missing something, Like I did, yesterday…grrrrrrrr
Now cut your garlic as much as you like !.. lol I am not being very specific.. i jsut made it up

cut /mash ur garlic… put in a bowl with some butter, parsley and season.

mix up together..
then get your chicken breast(s), and with a sharp knife make an incision in the top, hold the breast in your hand and carefully cut out a space inside, carefull not to poke your knife all the way through, this will 1 make the butter leak, and 2 cut your hand… ;)

once you have made a sufficent size whole, you can hold the breast and push the butter mix in with your fingers, or the back of a teaspoon.
now take your chicken breast, now stuffed with garlic butter and dip it in either egg or milk.
then carefully roll it in your bread crumbs.. pop it in some hot oil… 8 mins later or so and bobs ur uncle.. la la

mmmmmmmmmmmmm rice again…

not enough butter but plenty garllciy, and thats what counts, I did make the mistake of cutting in to it to make sure it was cooked, and it leaked in the oil :( booohooo
